If you bring that, you need a way of recharging it. Assassin's Promise breaks the flow too much for a physical and Air of Superiority is too unreliable.
Oath Shot is also less than ideal, but more viable for a ranger at least.

Last 10 sec plus 10sec for any ally under 50%
But even lasts so short damage is drammatically improved.
You can add enduring armony.
But build based on triple shot and dual shot is too slow.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Expert's Dexterity for the elite... for massive damage =P
Also, you might consider switching to /D and picking up Vow of Strength, depending on what your heroes are running. It multiplies not only your base damage, but also all bonus damage as well. I've had a lot of fun running this with Expert Focus with the following attributes:- Marksmanship 11+3+1
- Expertise 10+1
- Earth Prayers 10
Lots and lots of damage, but you won't be able to run a lot of the popular H/H meta builds with it, particularly Discord. The Paragon team Rac posted a while back should work wonders with minor changes.

I prefer Glass Arrows over Expertx dexterity.
The problem for using those elite is e management.
I try to run expert but in hm after a while you're out of energy.
You can use also Expert focus to counter energy management.
For vow of strenght i've posted a thread not too long ago

Ebon Battle Standard of Honor
Ignite arrows
Triple Shot
Dual Shot
Prepared Shot
Ignite Arrows hits all adjacent, and is multiplied 2 or 3 times by dual/triple shot... and with the Battle Standard, you do MASSIVE damage against mobs - and you're pretty mean even against single targets. Prepared Shot means you have no energy problems.
Bring a hero with Splinter Weapon, you'll mow down mobs even faster.
Put whatever you like in the other three slots - interrupts, defense, heal, PvE skills etc.

Another alternative is to use Incendiary Arrows to spread even more splash damage, and use something else for e-management. (Currently I'm experimenting with scavenger strike, which I find a bit pricey at 3 skillslots...)

Also, Triple Shot + Nightmare Weapon is a good combo.

Yes, I sometimes switch to Incendiary Arrows instead of Prepared Shot... high expertise (13, for the breakpoint on 5-energy skills) and a zealous bow is usually sufficient for energy management in PvE, unless you expect to get in some big extended fights. I think Prepared Shot is better for fuelling expensive PvE skills though.
Weapon spells are good, but I wouldn't carry them myself... need attribute points... Splinter/Nightmare don't last any time at all, and require constant recasting. Brutal Weapon is better, and Great Dwarf Weapon is DEVASTATING... but I still don't want to invest attribute points for them. Better to have another character casting them on me.

No, really? -_-
Actually, GDW is about the only weapon spell I might carry on my own skill bar, since it relies on rep not attribute points. Works great on team-mates and pets.
Summoned Devourers too I guess. They're already one of the best summons - they spread degen conditions, they have an IAS and defensive stance, they self heal... and they have Volley and Forked arrow which give a nice boost to party damage when they stand in your Battle Standard. They're more valuable than a lot of players in a PuG! And their Volley/Forked is just begging for GDW.
